Mandatory Safety Requirements

You must meet all requirements:

If you are born after Jan 1, 1988 you are required to have a Safe Boater's Certificate (good for a lifetime) or temporary boater safety course (good for 90 days). 

​

If born after Jan 1, 1988 you must bring a copy of your boater safety certificate before driving on a tour. 

​

Take the temporary boater safety course that is valid for 90days for a small fee at one of the below links. This course will take less than an hour to complete and costs between $4 to $10:

The free course will earn you a lifetime boater safety card. This course will take 6 hours to complete.

Must be 18 years of Age to rent and 14 years of age to drive on our tour with parent present

Must sign and agree to the Release of Liability Wavier

Valid State or Federal Issued ID

Valid ID must match all credit card purchases

Safety

Must be in good health and no major health issues that would prevent a the Safe operation of your watercraft.

Must be able to comprehend all instructions to ensure safety operation 

Must wear life jackets at all times during operation of your watercraft and keep the key lanyard attached to drivers life jacket.
